We have water!
It only took 61 feet for us to have 25 gallons per minute. Pretty exciting and super happy that we now have water. Yeah!

Progress
Today we spent lots of hours at the farm. They were filled with weed eating, installing the front door, getting the tracker going, 4 wheelin', building the thingy madoodle for the electric meters, and playing in the lake. I might have missed something. It was wonderful and tiring!

Another Sunday drive
I am convinced that the sun shines more out at the farm than it does here in the Valley. It's been kind of gloomy lately but we drove out there and it was beautiful. We thought the roof was finished but it wasn't, however it is coming along nicely. I was excited to see the hot AND cold water hose bib for outside hoses. Yay! We planned the two trees we would save in the backyard for a hammock and just had fun walking through the house.
Things are a little on hold again until we gather up more funds to continue. But the power has been ordered and we still can do things like backfill the foundation, cut down trees, put the doors in and once the last windows come in, put those in place.

Doors, tub, and plumbing
We chose our front door and our back doors. I am pretty excited about that. They are not in yet but they will be soon. I love the back doors because they have a window that opens with a screen. That's pretty fun to me.
We also have the kids tub put in and the rough plumbing is almost all done. This week the shingles get finished on the roof and the electrian comes in to do the rough electrical. It's coming together and it is so exciting!

WINDOWS!!!
I was kidless this afternoon for about 4 hours and so I took the opportunity to go to the farm to see that the windows were put in. We have 5 on order and they will be in tomorrow. I got there and the workers were missing. They had cut their pants into shorts and gone and jumped in the lake. I put my swimsuit on and joined them. Matt and I swam around enjoying the warm sun and water and pretending to be sea otters. Dallin found a canoe in the trees that had a crack in it but he and Landon were able to paddle around in it. Travis and Dustin tried some fishing with no luck and also measured the depth of the lake in two places at 10 ft and 15 ft. It was so peaceful and fun. I am glad that I went in the water.

More happening!
Yesterday I took Carrie out to see the farm while the guys were working on it. They have almost all the upstairs walls framed and the all the siding on except one wall. The plumber and electrician are scheduled to be in there next week. Pretty exciting stuff!
