Gardening this year has been difficult.
We have no space to process things and no place to store things.
I have been able to can a few things.
Jams, relish, and chicken.
I have frozen broccoli, onions, peas, strawberries, and mixed veggies.
I have dehydrated some onions, made pickles and we harvested honey.
We got 15 apples, one tomato, and one mini corn.
The pumpkins did okay, but a bug of some kind burrowed in many of them so they can't be used.
I feel a little deflated, but look forward to next year when I have much more space and time since we won't be building a house.
