I was invited to teach a family history class at the Palmer Women's Conference this weekend.
I did a hands on approach and walked people through the ins and outs of using Family Search.
My old friend, Jeri was there and convinced me to stick around for a few hours after I had taught to hang out with her.
We have been friends for over 20 years now.
We've done a lot together and been through a lot together.
We now live about an hour from each other, but we always just pick up where we left off.
I am grateful for friends like that.
I actually can think of several more that I have that relationship with.
I firmly believe that every person needs friends like that in their lives.
