As I said previously, I was rear ended again.
This time my body is not bouncing back as well as before.
I have been going to the chiropractor and getting therapeutic massages.
Seriously, the best thing right now!
Today she wanted to try cupping.
It's supposed to pull out the knots and will generally leave angry marks.
Well, she was right.
It looks like my back made out with an octopus!
