Farm Life adventures #451

Before the driveway went in we knew that there was a low spot. Well, we didn't get a lot of snow this year, however, it has been raining non stop today. Like pouring. As a result what snow we did have has now all melted and run into the low spot. Matt thinks Lake Hale is now about 4 ft deep and 50 ft across. I am seriously considering pulling out the kayaks tomorrow. We might have a problem. But for now, we are all tucked in the house with a fire in the stove and mugging on this guy.

I guess we'll figure out how to deal with the flood later. We may need some prayers that the ground will thaw so the water can soak in quickly.
