Harvest

It's day four of sun and I am in heaven. I just love sunlight.

Today, after homeschool stuff was done, I went out and watered in the greenhouse and then harvested pumpkins in the market garden. 

Pumpkins= Happiness!

I also took tons of pictures of the produce for a garden update which are shared below. I made pickles last week that are really good. This week I dehydrated oregano and cilantro. I also want to make sweet relish and right now there is a pumpkin in the instant pot that just finished cooking that I hope to make into something incredible. 

This is my favorite time of the year and it is even better living on the farm when the sun is shining. How grateful I am for sunlight and food!
