Today has been amazing. AMAZING!!! The sun is shining in full force, we dug potatoes, harvested peas, basil and oregano, and are getting the honey. We only dug one row of potatoes and got 57 lbs. If we get 57 lbs for each row we have that will be almost 800 lbs. I love playing in the dirt and growing food. One day I would LOVE to live for a year off the land and what we can grow. That would be really fun to me. I don't think my kids would like it much though.
