The air has changed.
It smells different.
The mornings are cooler now.
The leaves are falling already.
It is my most favorite time of the year.
Today I made pumpkin snickerdoodles.
I love autumn in Alaska because we get to enjoy sunsets now.
I missed sunsets when the sun was staying up all night long.
The other night, after I crawled in bed, I looked out the window and saw stars.
I love that too.
The August rains have subsided for now and we are enjoying sunny days again.
Matt and Dallin started on the cabin down by the lake today.
I'm excited for this project to get done.
He picked the perfect place to put it.
