This year is our full second year of homeschool.
Last year Corban didn't want to do much.
This year is much different.
He even asked me to help him learn to spell better, wanted to learn Spanish and is finally reading regular books.
It took a year of detox but I think he is starting to enjoy learning.
This year, instead of science projects, we decided to focus on chemistry.
We order kits through a company called MEL Chemistry.
This morning we made a black sugar snake from sugar and baking soda.
The pyro in me loved the fire part the best.
He's pretty excited because he started a youtube channel to document things he is doing.
He is posting the video of this project there.
It will be fun to video all the stuff he does this year.
We're still trying to figure it all out but if he wants to learn and loves doing it I feel like that is success!
