I got to the college 30 minutes early to pick up Makenna.
While I waited I thought about how much of my life has been spent in the car dropping off or picking up kids.
I posted on social media that I have probably spent 15 years in the car.
That may or may not be true but it feels like it.
After I got Makenna we went and mugged on my newest grand nephew (weird that I am that old).
He is SO TINY!
5.1 lbs.
He smelled like that brand new baby smell.
I love going to see the new babies in our family.
It's my way of welcoming them into our family and into the world with love.
I just want them to know they are loved!
His name is Ruger.
